I understand that upon file activation the National Pardon Centre will act on my behalf for the purpose of obtaining, for me, a Canadian pardon, purge and/or file destruction from the National Parole Board of Canada, and/or a USA Entry Waiver or Visa Waiver from the DHS (Department of Homeland Security).
I understand that file activation means a payment has been made to the National Pardon Centre.
I understand that the National Pardon Centre will communicate with any government offices necessary for the completion of my file, including the RCMP, regional and local police, courts and DHS, in addition to any government related office necessary for the completion of my file, whatsoever the details may be.
I understand that further personal criminal activity, occurring while my application(s) is/are in process, will resulting a significant postponement on my eligibility, and I further understand that any delay caused by my own activity will result in further charges to be covered by me.
I understand that the National Pardon Centre has no control, whatsoever, over application time frames. I understand that expedited services refer only to in-office procedures and that the National Pardon Centre has no control whatsoever over the National Parole Board, the RCMP, courts, police or Department of Homeland Security. I further understand that any time frames offered by National Pardon Centre counselors are estimates only and that no time frames can be guaranteed under any circumstance, regardless of the details and or urgency of the file.
I understand that the price structure of the services provided by the National Pardon Centre and that prices are for the preparation of applications only, and that the National Pardon Centre has no authorization whatsoever in granting or refusing Canadian pardons, record suspensions, purges, file destructions and/or USA Entry Waivers or Visa Waivers. Decisions rest solely with the appropriate government bodies.
I understand that final applications fees payable to the Parole Board of Canada for a Canadian pardon are not included.
I understand that final application fees payable to the Department of Homeland Security for a US entry waiver are not included.
I understand that government fees can change at any time without notice.
I understand that emails will be sent from the National Pardon Centre.
I understand that file activation payments ($200 Cdn.) are non-refundable. I further understand that no refunds can be given on any file that has been registered with the National Pardon Centre for more than 30 days.
