Aggravated Assault (CC 268) – Common Criminal Charges

Aggravated Assault (CC 268) is an indictable offence. Individuals convicted of aggravated assault are usually sentenced to serve time in prison. Repeat offenders are generally given heavier sentences and the maximum sentence for this offence is fourteen years in prison.
