Mischief (CC 430) – Common Criminal Charges
Mischief (CC 430) is a hybrid offence but it is generally tried summarily. Individuals convicted of mischief are usually sentenced to a fine payment, probation and, in some cases, a restitution order based the cost of the damage caused by the offence.
