Jack Layton calls for “adult conversation” on marijuana legalization

The time for changing the marijuana laws is long past. Saddling good people with criminal records for something every single person I know has at least tried is clearly absurd.  So it is nice to see at least one of our party leaders at least calling for a debate on the topic.
