Warren Allmand: The man who abolished death penalty in Canada.

Warren Allmand, Liberal, Former Solicitor General, human rights activist, is the man who tabled the 1976 bill that abolished death penalty in Canada. We need more politicians like Mr. Allmand because he is a man of principles.
