Robbery (CC 343) – Common Criminal Charges

Robbery (CC 343) is an indictable offence. Individuals convicted of robbery are often sentenced to serve time in prison, but first-time offenders may not have to spend time in prison for less serious cases. Repeat offenders are generally given heavier sentences and are more likely to have to serve lengthy prison terms.
